Tytan is pleased to announce that it has started a program to market goods that offer outstanding advantages. Within the next 2 weeks Tytan will be offering small tractor tillers that are gear driven, at $895. There are more features of this, that will have to wait until the ad is out

Tytan is now offering its patented 4n1 buckets for use with any other brand front loaders . This Kubota was fitted with one last week.

Tytan's log splitters that are sold with their own gas engine & trailer, will be 32-35T capacity.  Also available for the heavy duty user, is a diesel engine.
Unlike our competitors, ours will arrive with a almost 2' longer tongue and two feet  wider with bigger tires.   These changes were made to make it easy to back up and also will follow well without tipping over on some corners.

Tytan has prepared an application for a new Patent, for a tractor using a front loader. It is being proofed and will be submitted soon.

     Sep 3 2012

Dear Shareholders,
Lower left - Letter from the Bankruptcy Court stating the details of the Bogden Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. It is stating there is cash to be dispersed after the IRS monies are paid. This money came about as it was discovered monies had been paid out on the eve of filing for the Bankruptcy. The Court demanded it be returned. The Lion's share will come to Tytan.
In addition to this, a trial will be set this fall to determine what will be done with the  properties. Tytan offered the court $3500 for all of the properties since they were represented to have little or no value. Of course that offer is now being fought.  Guess there was some value after all...........

There have been so many untrue statements that in no way meet any kind of accuracy, so here are the key documents for you to make up your own mind.
     a) #6 - Letter that was introduced in Court from Steve Olsen, who ends up being the only person with a tractor that actually had a failure according to Bogden's statements to the Judge. Like other Tractors sold by Tractorco, this tractor had been sold previously to someone else and then sold with out warranty . Then it was the banner item used to try and convince the CPSC Consumer protection Agency that Tytan had faulty goods. Didnt work.

b) #2 - The Bogden Deposition . If your interested, read it carefully . You will then easily be able to identify some Ihub postings or Posters. On the Tractorco web site is a supposedly happy customer who purchased a TYM tractor. That customer never showed as a witness in court to defend Bogden ? TYM has since parted ways with Tractorco.
     c)   #3 - L to R is a Attorney letter to Tytan's legal people. It is most interesting. I answered it directly and abruptly. Here is an attorney representing a fellow who has just lost and been labelled "DECEPTIVE" and then Tytan is given this offer. You can be your own judge.

     d)  #4 - The Bodgden Judgement for your reference.

    e)  #5 Bogden Sales Invoice to Olsen.  (Demo?)

    f)  #7 Bogden email - Sound  like anything that is going on with  Ihub postings?

I had to bring you up to speed on the recent letter that arrived today. I am not sure but it is possible that this letter to the Shareholders arrived in response to the Court receiving a copy of the deceptive postings.
Sincerely
Mark

             Sept 2 2012

          Mr Leonard,

I see you have been previously in the rubber footwear business, sporting firearms business, fishing tackle business, marine business and the Rhino tractor business. What is it that you attribute to your success?

     Here’s what comes to mind:

    1) Always have a clear understanding with your employees, customers, and suppliers of exactly what your relationships are  and to have a clear vision of what you want to achieve together.
    2) Have a good plan to achieve your goals and stay with it.  At Rhino we had Dealer meetings where suggestions were made.   The Dealers would  at times want Policy changes immediately.  Many times I would not agree to the changes on the spot. However after a few days, sometimes I would reverse my position to agree with them.  All changes from the original plan  must be studied carefully.
    3) Seek the BEST employees and vendors you can.  Keep them informed of where the ship is going and how everyone will benefit.  Also stress their   importance in the overall effort.
    4) Make sure in your negotiations, that all parties are making a fair profit.    If you don’t do this, you run the risk of them having to cut corners, or worse, they wait till its too late to inform you they cannot supply the goods as planned. This could at times, cost you an entire seasons sales or profits.
    5) This does not mean leaving money on the table in negotiations.  It means playing fair and understanding this simple fact:  “It takes good employees, good customers,  and good suppliers to succeed”.     It takes Great Employees, Great Customers, and Great Suppliers to build a Great Company with a strong base.   In this case, it also takes GREAT Stockholders as well.
Being on the OTC Pink Sheets    is a new type of business situation for me. Tytan has had very rigid   plans . It is my intention for all of us to do well, while following what I see as the best plan.  We have a very good strong base  of   Loyal Shareholders who are a big part of this team now.
I do my best to hear your suggestions and complaints, but please understand that I can’t respond to each and every one.  Rest assured that Shareholder communications do not fall on deaf ears.
I try to respond to Shareholders who have constructive ideas and act as dedicated team players.
I am sure many Shareholders thought things might come quicker from Tytan (me too), however we have just experienced economic circumstances like nothing ever seen in my lifetime.  Even with that, Tytan has been   focussed on a steady path of progress.  The economy appears finally started to move towards getting back on track.

I feel it is my job and goal to make this company profitable ,while at the same time building a strong business base that will assure us of a solid future. When I owned Rhino, the growth pattern was slow initially. However once Rhino's sales momentum started to grow, it snowballed.   Trailerworld, which was my Boat trailer Distributorship, started with zero sales in its territory, ( WA, OR, ID , AK & HA )  distributing Shore Land'r Boat Trailers, in what was  EZ Loader's and Caulkin's back yard. Those two boat trailer companies were built in Spokane and had huge freight advantages over Shore Land'r in the NW and that's why Shore Land'r had never previously assigned a Distributorship in the NW. From Trailerworld's view point, the competitors lacked good Marketing stratedgy.   Once Trailerworld started taking a substantial amount of customers away from the two Spokane manufacturers, the ball started rolling. Trailerworld became the Largest Boat Trailer Distributor in the US in 1989-1991 while servicing an area with one of the smaller populations in the country .

What type of background did you have before getting into business ?

I had worked in many retail jobs through High School and College . After College I had worked as a Distributor salesman , prior to becoming an Independent Factory Representative for many product lines in the Hunting,Fishing & Camping business. I have a degree in Economics from the University of Washington
Mark, I totally agree with your vision for Tytan.  Your patient, calculated, and "big picture" approach is appreciated and admired.

Keys to Tytan's success from my vantage point:

  1)  Same or BETTER quality at a LOWER price
Exactly-- That means you dont go shoot yourself in the foot by putting on Dealers before your totally ready or sell them older models of Tractors etc instead of waiting for the newest and latest models.  You get your Ducks in a row with the NEW Best Products, Perfect your Parts offerings, Cement your Programs with great thought so they dont blow up in your face and you get financing lined up that will take you where you want it to go.

    2)  Top-notch service/repair from dealers after the sale. You have seen Tytan had 60 video reviews posted in the website  now 45. (We actually have 90 done now and you will see a much better quality in all the future movies.. Ran out of website space so we reduced to 45.      Tytan has great pride as being tops in Service. Nobody offers it anymore. That is what the consumers want. It is about like trying to find a gas station that still changes oil. rare.

    3)  Careful vetting of potential dealers.
I see Tytan's effort to have it's own "key location" stores that would be acting as a hub to surrounding dealers, as being the way to go. Controlling the quality of advertising and service is crucial.

    4)  Cross-selling of tractors and implements.

Thats called Good Marketing !

    5)  Exclusive and 100% trust from Chinese partners.
I have this already throughout the Chinese Agricultural field. My record is well known with them. They know that I can be trusted . I became the Exclusive Crawler distributor when their previous customer in Tacoma, under the Powertrack name, went broke in 1992. The Crawler factory had 25 NEW machines consigned with him. Powertrack had very little service and ended up with numerous law suits. The owner traded NEW machines to settle the law suits. The Chinese without knowing it, ended up with 25 "used" machines that all were in need of serious repair, as result of Powertracks short comings. Powertrack was being foreclosed on. The Chinese needed to get their machines off Powertrack's property and had no way to do that. I sent my Hino Trucks up and grabbed all of them. We agreed to repair all of them and split the profit with the Crawler factory. Factory supplied all of the parts. We ended up being a hero.

Below are additional reasons suggested by Mark

6) Build a war chest of assets, such as Patents (we are in the write up stage of several other Patent applications and will submit what we consider our best), Equipment, Paperwork of documents etc that you will need to take you the distance, and relationships that other importers cannot share, having a location such as Kalama that is 1/2 mile from a Port loading ramp (or location sites lined up with features or advantages)

    7) Building some product lines that can be advertised and receive popular response, which others do not have the ability to compete with. It is this type of thing that attacks dealers. We will have some ads out in the next 30 days that should liven up the local retail market , as well as the Internet buyers for those goods.

8- Get your Web site so it can do everything you want, with a huge audience seeing it. One of those things we want is our Implements & Parts to be online in a shopping cart fashion. Those pricings will not interfere with the dealers. If something is sold where a dealer is, he gets the sale. Web site is coming but slower then I expected. Lots of detail. It is being hired out for the move. It will be ready when it is ready.  Initially it will not look any different then we have now. We are copying our current layout over, but it will be in a totally different program or format that only we will see.

    9) Build a hub of top quality employees, that can take you where you want to go.  We have this now, but also have some ready to come on board and will not need training or familiarization.

This is what I see and it seems like you are delivering!!!

I look forward to watching it all develop!
Below are a few people who purchased new Tractors from us last quarter.

" Who ever is doing the work on [your website] is doing a nice job.
I have been curious as to what some of the tabs will be for. "

Thank you, we have put a lot of effort  in the Website status recently. I do the Website layout portion. We are upgrading to a far more sophisticated website that will make our work much easier & faster. The structure of the new web site will improve customer navigation and our ability to interact with them.  This really is the key  to a strong business foundation in this computer age.  The switch over to the new site will be within the next 30 days.  It will be an instant swap. Even more important is the fact that the NEW site will be picked up "everywhere", much better.

For the time being, we are still on the old site layout, but the results from recent internal changes have been dramatic. We have had very far reaching sales into other countries and states, directly as a result of the Internet upgrades so far.  It will get much better when we are completed.

" Tomorrow is the deadline for reaching a settlement in the Tytan vs. Bogden suit. If no agreement, the BK judge will start hearing the case of whether any award will be discharged.  Rumor is they are close to a settlement with Leonard prepared to issue a published public apology to Uncle Mitch. All that is left is the money and again, rumor is, that Leonard is prepared to pay Bogden some cash to dismiss the whole case. "
This statement is totally untrue, typical of the rumors we have been hearing.  Couldnt be further from the truth.

If I have bad news, I will be the first to tell my shareholders. The Judge just ruled on a portion of Bogden's case. They wanted out of his court. He denied it.  This rumor/deceit  is exactly the opposite of the truth. So, who do you think wrote it ?   The guy that wrote it is also posing as 3-4 other people, so that you, the real stockholders, will believe these fabrications and sell your stock at a loss.  People that go to this extreme to promote untruths and spend this amount of time & effort, day after day,  to deceive and ruin the hard work of someone else, are sick with jealousy. He has not fooled anyone in the Bankruptcy court and  judgment day is coming very soon.  This is causing the desperation you see and hear in these despicable lies and deceits.

" How is the "Big Boy" tractor coming along?  Do you expect to have one here in the states very soon?  How will this be priced as compared to competitors? "

We are only waiting for the YTO engine certificate to come in from the EPA.  The food business will gain importance more and more in the near future. That is why we are spending such a great deal of time getting all the features and qualities built into our first USA tractors. That USA food producing farmers, is a small market of people. They all know each other generally.  When a big tractor like we are working on, hits a good chord with a few big farmers, word will spread very quickly.  Our pricing will be 40-50% less then the big name brands and our quality and features will be equally matched, if not superior to their product.   Sales of tractors in   this price range will total  up extremely fast. This market is generally "economic proof" , since their funds are easier to get for new equipment, then what consumers experience. Just one dealer in a good Farming community will sell a very large quantity of this model if the price, quality and warranty is good. ..

" Mark, just wondering what is going on with Tytan right now?  Any progress in dealership growth/expansion? "

Tytan has had a good quarter with a majority of sales being with our implements. Sales have been both wholesale and retail.  Customers    are finding we have the best quality and prices on implements.  The NEW tractors will be in within a few weeks and then we will be scheduling a west coast dealer showing . You can see  pictures of the 604 on the 604 page.  Here is the easy link.                  http://www.tytantractor.com/Tytan_Tractor_604.html .  This page and the 404 will be upgraded today and tomorrow. Pictures will be blown up so you can have a good view of the new features. Flat decks, shuttle, curved conforming cab windows, great tail lights and fenders. Metal work is perfect.  In addition the 404 and 604 will have one very UNIQUE feature that will be a surprise announcement at our first  Dealer showing.

Stay tuned and thanks for your support, Everybody!
