Anytime a company reduces it's common stock outstanding....."without"... a consolidation......it is a good thing. Refer to previous Cirque Energy issue of class b preferred. Ownership remained but did not effect the "common shares outstanding".

There is no note of Blue Atelier of which Frank is the control person. that should have been included as such...per last 10-k:
