Yes. Mr. Bordynuik has gotten very wealthy by convincing investors to set up spreadsheets to count chickens before they're hatched. I believe you and other shareholders will certainly jump if an agreement to purchase a processor is made because of confusion between anticipating an event and completion of an event.
