Not surprised but confused some. Why did we issue so many shares from those notes? Why did we not tap into our line of credit? We did use 3 million of credit? Why were we not told about Allyn which was the promoter/spokesperson to sell shares? Why has everything been last minute including this annual report? Why nothing audited to thwart bashing? I gave them a year!
