Regarding an impending PR, I honestly think (viz., if I were Jeff), rushing out something to placate nervous investors would be a red flag. He owns a shit ton of commons and if he's a competent scammer (he would need to be to get this far), then he'd want to try to fire off as much fraudulent information as possible as quickly as possible to dump his shares at some respectable PPS before hopping a train to Guadalajara.
