well, about a month ago, he had to open a new recycling plant in Ohio, deal with a lawsuit and find a new accounting firm that was better skilled at dealing with China, and get his second year of audited financials completed. maybe he was a little too busy to follow up. maybe he would like you to take the initiative to follow up. I wouldn't hire someone who didn't take the initiative to follow up.
