This is what I have trouble understanding. How does it help his cause(if he has one) to bring down pvec pps. It seems that for him to get what he wants he would want share price up. It would seem if he has a real case that he would want pvec doing well and then hope to get a settlement. You can't get blood out of a turnip. If pvec has nothing he will get nothing.I just don't understand the logic.
