"Subsequent to December 31, 2013" simply means a time after Dec 31, the end of period for Q4. The transfer back would have happened at some point in time between March 5 and April 15.
"Subsequent to December 31, 2013, I Equity Corp has transferred all the licensing rights of Dharmanol, Yak Capsules, Yeti Honeybud Oilers, Organakoil, Red Diamond Oil, products, trademarks, formulations, and trade secrets that are licensed to SK3 Group's wholesale managed collectives, to Medical Greens.
