What should "The Bill" do? Borrow another $20,000,000.00 - $40,000,000.00 to buy shares back? The money can be better spent building the remaining two buildings at this point. If we EVER get to FULL production, the surplus could be used to do a share repurchase. We need to start earning money, before talking about a share repurchase. JMHO
