Is it possible that the plan could be to do inventory/receivables financing as soon as the first crop is underway to use for an initial share buyback. Assuming bank financing would be available in this industry - typically financing is available for 85% of receivables on a rolling basis. Of course share price should be higher at that point but I would assume that would be the quickest way to get additional funds to consider a buyback.
