To follow up on your buy order not being filled - I did that this morning. Had a final 100,000 shares yet to buy and the price was around .059 so I thought I'd see if I could do a quick push to .06 just for fun and didn't really care about the hundred or so dollars. The order would not fill. Took over 20 min while all of my buying yesterday at the ask took less than 5 seconds. Just an observation in case that means anything to those more experienced with frequent trading - I typically invest and hold so don't make a lot of actual trades to have ever come across this.
