Weedman, we constructed a vault similar to that here where I work to hold evidence. It was not all delivered at the same time. It was delivered as it was put together. I am thinking, based on the posts from the weekend, that most of the vault is in place. These may be the final loads for the top. Finish just in time for the dinner tomorrow night. It may very well be announced then and PR'd Tuesday morning that the vault in in, and HC is on the way.
