No, we are not "there" yet.  By "there" I mean the capability to run just one machine in full production mode.  By "full production mode" I mean having a facility that is consistently bringing plastic in and shipping fuel out to one or more customers.

When will we be "there."

I will not apologize for being impatient about not being "there" yet.

If JBII is going to be CFP by the end of Q1, 2013, then we better be "there" soon. Once we are "there" it will take more to reach the CFP goal. That's a different "there."

I fully understand that it will take money to expand the business.  Once we are "there."

As an existing shareholder,I would prefer the "loan" route.
