Well, that's one way to look at it friend. What concerns me is that the consequences might not be so minimal for a company that has already been in trouble with the SEC. On top of not meeting their final deadline for filing the 10K, JBI also failed to do what was necessary to keep themselves on the OTCQB, causing themselves to be demoted to OTCPink. These kinds of things don't give the impression of a company on the verge of getting their act together.

I want to add that the information you quote isn't relevant, as it addresses to companies on the OTCBB, which is not where JBII trades. JBII trades on the OTCMarkets. There is only one place on the OTCMarkets that a company has "no listing requirements", and that is the OTCPink.
