its the vault system its prefabbed vault.. meaning slabs of concrete stood upright connected together then tadahhhhhhh you have yourself a secure vault thatt should be able to be constructed within one week. it seems the footings are in for the vault being there were concrete trucks in building one last week or two weeks ago
