Thanks for the reply Randall, but obviously a miscommunication. To ensure clairity, could you please provide info on the public statements:
1. Restricted stock issued for the $4.8MM. How many shares and what is the current share structure.
2. On the OODH twitter site, it was stated that a $10MM loan was repaid, but the loan was never received to have been repaid. How does that work?
3. Are you the RMO of OODH Twitter segment?
4. Will there be a live feed of the shareholder meeting, obviously just the part of the business meetings during the couple day event.
