Don't shoot the messenger, but the share count from the annual has an unfortunate typo.
It says:
Authorized shares - 20,000,000,000
Outstanding shares - 11,8339,358,014,272
The O/S count is JUST A TYPO. That number isn't possible and at p. 16 of the pdf it notes "Based on 11,833,041,272 shares of common stock outstanding as of December 31, 2013".
Our O/S count as of 12/31/13 seems to be 11,833,041,272
