reading now, looks like the A/S is stil 20 B and the O/S went up to 11.8 B but that was expected IMO... They also borrowed more money that could be converted into common shares and also gave away some small percentages of the profits from Bayano... still reading though, will take awhile, may update you guys in the AM as I am tired
