Because they did not file today, they opened the door for every basher in the world to step in. In the period of time I have owned this stock, sorry to say this is the way they choose to run their business.
That's is why we are still at .0003. I own this stock for one reason, because I believe in the future of this company. I can understand the frustration stockholders may have. They made a post about keeping an eye on them because great things were happening and then nothing. They got a 15 day extension on filing date, and then nothing. The basher will take advantage of both these points, as an investor you need to ask yourself do I believe or not. No basher is going to run me away from my retirement fund.
