The transfer includes all of the intellectual
property resulting from research conducted by Berkeley Bio Organic Research Laboratory including current and continuing research includes research into mixed phyto-cannabinoid carboxylates, decarboxylation processes, and cannabidiol (CBD) extraction methods."
