Oh and another point....you don't have to like his ability to raise capital. You can say that taking $300K from $3 MILLION is greedy....so what do you think a fair commission is? 5? 2.5? 1%?
How many people out there would work for this company at a 10% commission if their job was to raise money? Literally a half-dozen. It takes a little bit of crazy and a lot of dedication to be able to appeal to multiple individuals with lots of money. And even moreso, to have them invest in a PENNY STOCK AIRLINE that has zero revenue. I think 10% is quite fine if he's able to bring in millions of dollars every year.
