They have done just that on previous quarters...give forward revenue guidance. And, they actually have already done this for the year end 2013 revenue. I'm not exactly sure of the importance of "respecting the quiet period."
2013 Revenue Guidance
EWSI presently expects its fourth quarter revenues for 2013 to meet or exceed $6M. Combined
with the initial expectation of at least $4.5 million for the third quarter, together with year to date
revenues through the second quarter of nearly $3 million, the company's 2013 full year revenues
are presently projected to exceed $12 million. These forecasts are subject to numerous risks, including those described under 'Forward-Looking Statements' below and under 'Risk Factors'
contained in annual and quarterly reports.
So, as long as the previous Q's hold up and if EWSI is at least on track for their projected $6M fourth quarter the total for the year is more in line with $14M, not the projected $12M. This PR was released prior to Q3 results and their guidance was $4.5M, but we saw they actually exceeded that by 18% for a total of $5.3M in Q3. So, if they exceeded Q4 projections by the same 18% again then we are looking at closer to $15M total for the year. So many possibilities...and trading at a market cap of about half revs. Amazing!
