1st, there are 3 tears for OTC Markets.

OTCQX, OTCQB & OTC Pink

1st is top tier, 2nd middle, 3rd last.

I believe we are QTCQB, which is a fully reporting OTC Company as well as QX.

Before any company even has the risk of being de-listed, they'd get busted to the Pink Sheets, in which they do not have to file financials. IMO, BLTA won't let this happen.

Older and only 1/2 smart...lol.
