Because I think I'm the #1 AVNE loser lol, let me share my conclusions on AVNE at this point... I think the deal is voided because in all likelihood they would need to maintain their trading status as a condition of whatever preliminary deal was in place... And we know how that went down (never closed). Can they possibly file suit to be a pain? Sure. IMO the likelihood of successful litigation vs Benz... would not end well for AV.
