Just amazing how those media credits were filed ok when filed by the previous owner but became a problem when filed by JBII. BTW didn't JBII amend that filing? Lets see the testimony that comes forward in the Overstock case as it is presented at trial and who is exposed. Did you happen to read the lawyers comments that were made public in error?
