Why would the "weed market" need to go through CANA to buy/lease land? It's an honest question.
I've looked at a lot of mmj companies, and CANA made the least sense to me. Even all of the "biodiesel and marijuana" scams at least make sense on the basic level of selling marijuana and turning the rest of the plant into energy, but even that sounds ridiculous due to the volume needed (and won't happen because their scams).
