I certainly don't share your optimism.

I don't think a cheetah can change its spots.....and I've seen what Baltia can do to a report and how concerned they are about the pps and their shareholders.

I also don't know if you can find an accountant in such a short time to "certify" those financials.....and put his license and career on the line......guaranteeing shareholders and creditors that the statements are accurate to the best of his ability.

Those types of accountants are few and far between.....and usually found sitting at the end of a bar in some run down corner pub.................
