8/27/1999 - my earliest document purchase of AQCIE. Pretty sure I bought some in 1998,but couldn't find a purchase in my file. That was Aquatic Cellulose, the 'E' was for being late on their reporting requirements.....

Had to look that up before replying to the earlier posts, as I'm old and didn't remember for sure!!
