I don't know whether they did or didn't have room, but I do know that they did it and the common stock shareholder saw no benefits. That's where the negligence comes in. That's actually the beauty behind Bill's decisions, he let private investor get in on restricted shares for .0001 cents or what ever the figure was, but ultimately the common stock shareholder saw a benefit, as price now is still 10x what it was was those restricted shares were issued, hence on paper that .0001 looks terrible, but when you look at whether it hurt the common stockholder, it didn't, it actually benefitted them in current equity price. Interesting thought.
