You can malign the SEC all you want, but it's in black and white that Mr. Bordynuik booked a fake valuation for the media credits.
If you have a problem with the SEC then I suggest you look back at the filings which Mr. Bordynuik submitted. The SEC didn't file them on Mr. Bordynuik's behalf...they only called him on it when he cooked the books.
