That's the thing about truth, it's an absolute defense. It's not defamation if it's true and I strive to be accurate. I did let Mr. Bordynuik know that if he would point to anything I've said which was incorrect, I would gladly correct it. I never received any response.

So when you see people being harmed through an investment which you know is being misrepresented, you feel it's better to say nothing and let the investors lose their money??

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
