breezy, I'll throw my 2 cents in-first I think 50 trees is way low for the AR120 by at least half. Second, $10,000 per tree may be on the high side. Sure, we'll get some trees worth 10-15,000 dollars but some only worth 1,500-2,000. But we're aren't going to stop with 1 concession or 1 AR 120, so the future may be worth many times those figures-guess I'll be here awhile.
