Do you think it is right that Mark, his daughters, and other preferred owners own the equivalent of 400 million common shares while the common investors own 37 million shares???
The Preferred Shares are convertible 400:1 to common shares, there are 1 million preferred shares outstanding...that is 400 million shares!!!
That is garbage.
