I know this won't be well accepted from me since I don't believe in JBI, but it would be worthwhile for shareholders to keep tabs on the Panco suit.

It looks like both parties agreed to a settlement but the courts rejected the settlement based on a $200,000 fee to be paid for admin. It sounds like they're close to a settlement based on my interpretation.
The current settlement without the $200,000 is $1.43M to be paid out in shares based on a "complex formula." I don't know what that formula is but it undoubtedly will be at least 10M shares which doesn't contrast well against JBI's average 200k/day trading volume.
If they reach a settlement, it might mean that a lot of shares will come down the pike. That might affect your investment decisions.
On the other hand, for those here who are committed to averaging down, it might be worth putting extra money in your account for what may be another nice opportunity to average down.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
