FITX will not want to throw hard earned cash early on at retiring shares especially when they are in building franchise mode. It would not make sense. Waste of money. We know what Bill said about how much they will be making the first year and so on. If the stock catches fire and does go over a dollar or 2 would you want them at 2 bucks a share take $200 million to retire 100 million shares?
This is just an example.
Before FITX has 200 million in the bank it will take a couple of years. I expect the price to be in the dollar range by then.
