I think some people over on the other board are forgetting our man Jeff has massive connections here and internationally. I'm sure the process for this merger is nothing for him. Considering he's done deals amounting to billions of dollars, I have no worries here that he'll get it done. I'm sure he has some connections with the regulatory authorities. People talking this junk about it taking months or years to pass SEC comments are clueless IMO...
