SIRG submitted the EA on July 27th and BLM was supposed to have 30 days to review and comment. Clearly they are sitting on their butts. Two departments have signed off with no comments, just waiting for the rest of them to sign off. That should have happened a month ago after 60 days had elapsed.

But it could happen tomorrow! Dealing with federal agents is difficult and next to impossible to move them off their butts.
