It says surpassing previous expectations, I don't think it's talking bout the 17 mil originally projected in 2013. Remember this tweet in Jan:
@DUTVTELECOM: DUTV INVESTOR UPDATE: Upcoming filings will reveal actual revenue pace in excess of previous projections.
So I believe these new revs are surpassing the revs reported in Jan which was higher than 2013 projections!!! So we may be looking at 7-9 million!!!
