Me.. Little po`d about it. Previous statements where that the financing was *cheap*... If this a billion dollar company that is 225 mil a year. I bet Attbf would of done deal for equity and grow pods instead of giving a quarter of the farm away for life. Plus when the deal was struck the news of it was suppose to be announced but wasn't. I understand why because phot was still in play and when ur cash starved you have to keep things rolling. Understandable but clarification on this private funding needs to be addressed soon.. Its a flag for me as well as the number of shares but I believe this will be addressed after September prob by a reverse split. Sorry not bashing just venting I took a blood bath this week and it stings!!
