I think it is a difficult to conclude because the entire details of the financing are not out yet. We would hopefully get more information soon about this contingent plan financing especially now since the phot/OGI deal is off. I think before the "angel" investors had wanted 75% equity stake in CEN biotech according to one of Bill's interview with AB.
