Anyone who said they "knew that PHOT issue was coming" is lying. There is no way to predict the individual trading actions of an Officer. There is no way for any common stock holder to predict misrepresented financial statements because they should be using the legal filings as the data for decision making. That's why the class action exists and that's the justification for litigation.
