for a company that catches the hell they catch and according to some have no income, it should surprise a lot of people that they have absolutely one of the better web sites i've seen for a penny stock and they are not afraid to spend money advertising. There is something here.I hope the true pvei comes out one of these days.They sure aren't a scam. Spend to much money to be a scam.
