Bill has addressed the zoning issue again and again and again. Firstly - the current ruling stands that the zoning should be correct for the facility. In the unlikely event that controversy arises about the zoning then it can be changed without disrupting much activity. Trust in Bill and trust that the Lakeshore officials know what the hell they're doing. Investing money in FITX would have been pointless if the they didn't have Lakeshore's full support, but seeming they are working alongside them and assuring everything is done correctly. The establishment will bring economic prowess to Lakeshore which is so greatly needed and the connections which FITX has made around the world are incredibly important to their cause. Everything serves its purpose and so long as new developments are made we will gradually be notified by Bill and other sources of the progress. At this moment Bill says Zoning is NOT a concern.
