Status Update


I want to update on PHOT, as I have new information. I have learned that the theory that it might be related to the late filings of insider sales that I detailed last night and that were disclosed in the 10-K are not the issue. This is disappointing to me, as I had hoped that this was the explanation. More positively, I spoke this morning to Eric Shevin, the director who resigned on 4/1. He explained to me that he is a single father and very busy with his MJ-related legal practice, but that he will consult with PHOT. He kept referring to the company as "us", which I took very favorably. His timing was very bad, but unlikely related to this issue.

I will keep searching for answers...
