I'm with Trade King and they are like that also. TK told me a bank has the right to call back the funds within 3 days, therefore 3 day waiting. Now, this only applies if this is your 1st deposit OR if the amount is larger than any other deposit I made. I made a deposit yesterday and it was avail. for trade immediately. This was because it was smaller than my largest deposit.

You could cancel and do a wire transfer.
