Thank you factsrfacts. The SEC investigation of PHOT was unexpected (at least by me) and indicates that they feel many of these companies may not be very truthful in their press releases. I have no idea what other companies might be investigated, but where there is smoke there is typically fire. The MJ sector has been down for a week or more already, and might be in for another leg down because of this news.
