So we have a new deal. Not much in the way of details yet, but I want to take a deeper dive into what we know about the difference between the Phot deal and the PE deal.
What has been pointed out:
1. We lose no equity in RXNB (at least we think so)
2. We give up 25% equity- this is a wash
What else can we decipher at this point with the limited news release?
