There would ne no issue with water. If they have it they have it and they do. Septic would be the only issue as far as how large the holding tank, pump, and drain field would need to be because of the number of employees. Unless it is all city sewer. That said. It is not a concern unless you are looking into becoming a journeyman plumber and are curious or you have another agenda. End it at that.
