All I can say is be careful of the WASH SALE! The Tax man will getcha! Can't buy back in lower until after 30 days (if you want to claim your loss). So if you do sell & then buy back in lower before the 30 days and the price just stays put or goes up insignificantly, then what have you accomplished?  Can't write your losses off if you don't follow this rule. HOLD!
