According to the Growlife filing (who knows if it was accurate), Sam and Bill each own 25% of CEN Biotech and FITX owns another 10%. Since Bill and co have shares in FITX, they've set themselves up to always be in control of this company's destiny. I like it, all the more reason why Bill (as he has expressed many times) will not sell his shares.
